• Purchase orders--A copy of the PO
must be faxed or mailed to us before we
acn process the order.
• Personal checks--Orders paying by
check must be mailed to us with the
check.
Shipping
and handling
• Amount
The shipping and handling charge is 10% of
the retail cost. For orders with a
subtotal over $1,000.00, the shipping and
handling charge is 5%
• Time
You will usually receive your shipment in
seven to ten working days. Unless
specifically requested, all orders within
the continentaly United States are shipped
via UPS Ground.
• International orders
International orders are sent via the US
Postal Service unless otherwise requested
and require additional postage specific to
the desinatioin of the order.
