MasterCard, and Discover Purchase orders--A copy of the PO must be faxed, e-mailed, mailed to our office before we can process the order. Personal checks--Orders paying by check must be mailed to us with the check. Shipping and handling Domestic orders The shipping and handling charge is 10% of the retail cost. For orders with a subtotal over $1,000.00, the shipping and handling charge is only 5%. You will usually receive your shipment in seven to ten working days. All orders within the continental United States are shipped via UPS Ground. International orders International orders are sent via the US Postal Service unless otherwise requested and require additional postage specific to the destination of the order.
